My roots run deep in the Shuswap.
There’s something special about truly knowing a place because you’ve lived it. I’ve hiked Mt. Ida, waterskied on Shuswap Lake, biked to Fletcher Park, and travelled countless streets and back roads throughout the area.
I grew up and went to school here, and over the years I’ve watched Salmon Arm and the Shuswap grow and change. What has remained is the character, natural beauty and sense of community that make this area so special.
Living here for so many years has given me an understanding of the Shuswap that goes well beyond real estate. I know the communities, the neighbourhoods and the little things that make each area unique. It’s also where I’ve had the privilege of raising my two sons and building my life and career.
I feel incredibly fortunate to live and work in a place I know so well and care so much about. The Shuswap isn’t simply an area I work in. It’s home.
Since beginning my real estate career in 2007, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients and properties throughout the Shuswap. That experience has given me a strong understanding of our local market and the many factors involved in buying, selling and developing real estate, allowing me to provide knowledgeable, well considered advice at every stage.
Continuing to learn has always been important to me. I hold the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation and have served as Co-Chairman and Director of the Shuswap Zone for the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board. I stay current with changes in the industry, our local market and the communities I serve.
Many of the relationships I’ve built through real estate have led to repeat business and referrals, with some becoming lasting friendships. The connections I’ve made with my clients and within the community over the years are some of the most rewarding parts of my career.
