About Us - A Family Tradition

Nearly 25 years of combined real estate experience, two generations and complementary strengths come together in the Kentel Harrison Real Estate Team. Sandra Kentel and Nick Harrison each bring their own experience and perspective, creating a strong partnership and a well-rounded approach to real estate throughout Salmon Arm and the Shuswap.

Sandra was raised around construction and real estate and began her own real estate career in 2007. Over the years, she has built her business on strong relationships, attention to detail and a genuine commitment to the people she represents. Much of her business continues to come from repeat clients and referrals, something she considers one of the greatest compliments in real estate.

Nick represents the third generation in real estate and brings many years of experience, along with a background in construction and the service industry. He has built his business through strong market knowledge, personable service and a genuine dedication to his clients. Nick also holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Victoria, complementing his practical experience with a thoughtful and analytical approach to real estate and negotiations.

Together, Sandra and Nick combine experience with a fresh perspective while sharing the same values when it comes to looking after their clients. Their mother-and-son partnership carries forward a family connection to real estate that now spans three generations, with a focus on building lasting relationships and providing knowledgeable, thoughtful service throughout Salmon Arm and the Shuswap.
